2. Print it on your pc and read all instructions & eligibility criteria

3. Fill out by hand (blue or black pen)

4. Get competed all enclosed reports (Medical,Criminal, driver's abstract)

5. Drop the completed application in person at Central Fire Station, 165 Victoria St. Truro. (Please use from door bell.)
