Thank you for choosing Truro Fire Hall for your event! Please take note of the following rules and guidelines:
DECORATIONS
Do not use nails, plastic tape, or double-sided tape on walls, ceiling, and floor to protect the paint. Only use painter's paper tapes or tack putty on walls if necessary.
Do not hang or tape anything on the projector screen. A wall drop background screen and stand are available to use free on request.
Try to avoid using confetti in the balloons as they make it difficult (sticks) to clean the floors.
Do not touch or move any historical pictures hanging on the walls. Keep furniture stacking away from the pictures to prevent any accidental damage
FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
Treat all furniture and the PA (speaker) system with care. Please play music at a reasonable sound level for the neighborhood's peace and quiet.
Obtain prior approval from our rental coordinator before using the projector.
CLEANING AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL
The renter is responsible for the basic cleanup of materials, decorations, and confetti brought into the facility, ensuring that no residue sticks to the floor.

Ensure that the hall is left in the same condition as it was at the beginning of your rental period.
